What kinds of cleaning does Tracy do?
Weekly and biweekly house cleaning, deep cleans, and move-in and move-out cleaning. Tracy can also help with decluttering and organizing, either alongside a clean or on its own. See all services.
What is included in a standard clean?
The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surfaces wiped and bins emptied.
What is included in a deep clean?
Everything in a standard clean, plus baseboards, door frames, inside the microwave and detailed bathroom scrubbing. Tell Tracy where you want the most time spent and she plans the visit around it.
What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surfaces wiped and bins emptied. A deep clean includes all of that plus baseboards, door frames, inside the microwave and detailed bathroom scrubbing. Many homes start with a deep clean, then keep it there with regular visits.
What does a move-in or move-out clean include?
Tracy cleans the empty home room by room, floor to ceiling, including inside the cupboards and inside the appliances, so it is ready for the next people or for you. Share your moving dates early so the clean fits around the truck.
Can Tracy help with clutter and organizing?
Yes. Decluttering and organizing can be added to a clean or booked on its own. Point out the closets, cupboards or rooms that feel out of hand and Tracy will work through them with you.
Prices, booking and paying
How much does a clean cost?
Every home is different, so Tracy prices each one after seeing it. The size of your home, the type of clean and how often you want visits all make a difference. Request an estimate and Tracy will see your home and give you a price before any work starts.
How do I book a clean?
Send Tracy a message or call her on 707-391-1472 with your neighborhood, the size of your home and the clean you have in mind. Tracy will see your home, give you a price, and set a time that suits you.
How often can Tracy clean?
Weekly, every two weeks, every four weeks or monthly, or as a one-time clean. Pick the schedule that suits your household and tell Tracy which rooms matter most each visit. You can change the schedule later if your needs shift.
How do I pay?
By card, through the secure link on the quote or invoice Tracy sends you. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so your full card number is never shared with the business.

Who does the cleaning?
Tracy does. Tracy's Tidy Homes is Tracy, so the person you talk to about your home is the person who cleans it.
How much experience does Tracy have?
More than 20 years in housekeeping. Before starting Tracy's Tidy Homes, Tracy was the Executive Housekeeper at a Hampton Inn hotel for more than five years, inspecting every room to make sure it was perfect before it was released to guests. Neighbors have voted the business a Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

What days and times does Tracy work?
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Tracy's Tidy Homes is closed on Sundays.
