Text messages from Tracy's Tidy Homes are sent only to customers who ask for them. This page explains what we send, how you sign up, and how to stop.
How you sign up
Text messages are off unless you turn them on. Each place you can agree shows its own optional box, which always starts unticked, and agreeing is never a condition of any purchase.

When you approve a quote we send you. An optional box above the approve button, with the mobile number you want texts on. The wording beside it is:
On an estimate or invoice we send you. An optional box below it, with a field where you type the mobile number you want texts on. The wording beside it is:
These are examples only; nothing on this page collects your number. When you agree, we record the date and time, the version of the wording you saw and the internet (IP) address it was sent from.
What we send
Appointment and service updates, such as booking confirmations and job-completion notices, appointment reminders, on-the-way notices, estimates, invoices, receipts and payment reminders.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
