Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and to get in touch with us. Please do not misuse it, for example by sending spam through our forms, entering someone else's details without their permission, or trying to disrupt the site.

Quotes and bookings

The details of any job, including what is included, the price and when it happens, are agreed between you and us for that job.

Text messaging program

Program. Tracy's Tidy Homes text messages. When you give us your mobile number and tick the text message box on one of our forms, Tracy's Tidy Homes may send you text messages: appointment and service updates, such as booking confirmations and job-completion notices, appointment reminders, on-the-way notices, estimates, invoices, receipts and payment reminders.

Optional. Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop and help. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or contact our customer care: call 707-391-1472.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. How we handle your mobile number and your opt-in is explained in our Privacy Policy.
